Freudian Slip

What do you think about? What types of things are on your mind? How much of what you think is done so consciously? How much is thought about sub-consciously? How much of what you think about, either consciously or sub-consciously is reflected in your communication?

Below is a clip of The President making a Freudian slip. A Freudian slip according to Wikipedia is: also called parapraxis, is an error in speechmemory, or physical action that is interpreted as occurring due to the interference of an unconscious (“dynamically repressed”) subdued wish or internal train of thought. They reveal a “source [of ideas] outside the speech”. The concept is thus part of classical psychoanalysis.

Let’s attempt to be precise in what we think about. That preciseness in thought could lead to precision in speech, action and in overall communication mediums.

I admit I am not sure how we begin to attempt to be precise in our thinking. I do, however, have a suggestion. Form the habit of directing all your efforts, including your thoughts, towards your life’s main goal. Eventually your sub-conscious mind will get involved and precision in thought, speech, ideas, communication etc. will manifest, so I’ve been told.

  1. More government overreach. Who cares what Washington DC
has to say about our thinking processes? We know what to eat, how to drive, and how to think for ourselves. B.S. Stay out of my private life government.

    1. Until we are willing to create a revolutionary class, which we aren’t, we will eat, think, watch, and consume what the government says.
